We'll tell you the honest truth about your hair — and we need you to tell us everything about your history. The more detail, the better the result.
Please come to your appointment alone. We don't have room in our salons for friends, family, children, babies, prams or fur-baby's — so we can focus entirely on you.
We use bleach to get you that 'grammable colour you desire. Many salons avoid the word — we say it plainly, because you deserve to know what's happening to your hair.
Every colour fades — while this can be hard to hear, it is the reality. We'll tell you how to maintain yours and what to expect between visits.
We recommend root maintenance every six weeks — this includes scalp bleach clients too. Your stylist will give you their specific recommendation at your appointment.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value applies to late cancellations. Please arrive 10 minutes early. We ask for a credit card on file or a deposit to secure your booking.
