Please come to your hair appointment alone. Unfortunately we don't have any room in our salons for friends, family, children, babies, prams or fur-baby's — so we can focus entirely on you.
Yes, bleach. Many believe it is a taboo word — not here! We use it to get you that 'grammable colour you so desire. We believe in being upfront about every product and process we use on your hair.
Think of BOTANICAL REPAIR and K18 as hair insurance. Both treatments are available as companions to any service. You'll thank us later — and your hair will too.
Try a mask with your shampoo once a week to maintain your healthy hair between visits. Your stylist will recommend the right Aveda products for your hair at your appointment.
All colours fade — while this can be hard to hear, it is the reality. We'll tell you how to maintain your colour, what to use at home, and when to come back in.
We recommend root maintenance every six weeks — this includes scalp bleach clients too. Your stylist will give you their specific timeline at your appointment.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value applies to late cancellations. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
A $3 Sustainable Salons fee per client is reflected on your invoice. This funds the sustainable recycling programme. Visit sustainablesalons.org to learn more about the programme.
We save a credit card on file or take a deposit to secure your booking. If you cancel inside our cancellation window, the card on file will be charged the 50% service fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Our service list provides a price guide — the final price of your service may vary if additional services or products are utilised during your appointment. Your stylist will advise you at your consultation.
