What's the best way to book?
Online via our Timely booking system is easiest and shows live availability. For complex colour work or if you'd like to discuss your look first, call us on (03) 9191 5997.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available on Powell Street and surrounding residential streets. We're just a short walk from the South Yarra train station.
Do you cater for first-time colour clients?
Absolutely. We recommend calling ahead so we can book the right amount of time for your appointment. A complimentary consultation is available for complex colour services.
What is the Honesty Policy?
We tell you everything before we start — including any surcharges for long hair or complex colour. No surprises at the register. If something isn't right, we fix it at no charge.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased online and are redeemable at both South Yarra and Richmond locations for any service.
